WHAT TYPES OF ARENAS SHOULD UTILIZE TRUTEX ECLIPSE?
TruTex Eclipse is ideal for anyone looking for a highly supportive footing for jumping and dressage that offers a lot of cushion, while being more forgiving on maintenance than many high geotextile products.
WHAT TYPE OF SAND DO I NEED TO HAVE FOR TRUTEX ECLIPSE?
TruTex Eclipse is a versatile product that works well with a range of medium to fine sands. It can be mixed with new sand but is also ideal for blending with existing sand to upgrade your footing without having to start over. Contact us for a copy of our sand sourcing guide to take to your sand supplier, or send us a sample of your existing sand for a free evaluation.
While we don’t recommend using stone sands as the arena footing layer, if you are already using this type of footing and are looking for a straightforward way to add more cushion and volume, Eclipse is an excellent choice.

DO I NEED A SPECIAL DRAG FOR TRUTEX ECLIPSE?
To get the most out of your footing investment, you will need an arena groomer or drag designed for use with synthetic surfaces. The components needed for this type of footing are s-tines and/or coil tines, adjustable height, and a roller on the back to help re-lay the surface of the footing. These features will keep your materials properly integrated with the sand and bring out the best in your footing.
